These terms cover the GyaaniJyotish mobile app and related website, provided under the Giani AI consumer brand. Contact contact@giani.org.in for support or questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

The service and AI astrologers

GyaaniJyotish provides Vedic astrology tools, birth charts, matching, numerology, horoscopes, AI conversations and requested AI phone calls. The astrologer personas are AI systems, not human professionals. Names, voices and images identify the personas and do not mean a human astrologer is answering.

Astrology and AI output are offered for personal reflection and informational use. Predictions, interpretations and calculations are not guarantees of future events or outcomes. AI can make mistakes and different calculation conventions or inaccurate birth details can change results. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, or for emergency help.

Your account and information

You must provide a phone number you control and keep sign-in codes private. Provide accurate information where it is needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for having permission to supply another person's birth details or request a call to their number. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account.

If you cannot enter a binding agreement under applicable law, a parent or guardian must authorise your use where required. Do not use the service or provide personal information where doing so would require an authorisation that has not been obtained. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising any use they authorise.

Chat, calls and allowances

Available questions, call minutes and other allowances depend on the account and service settings shown to you. Free access is not a promise of unlimited use. Responses and calls depend on connectivity, service availability and your remaining allowance. A callback goes through the phone network to the selected authorised number; requesting one is permission to contact that number for the requested service. Do not use the callback feature to harass or repeatedly call someone else.

Payments and push notifications are disabled in the first Android release. Paid website services, if used, are governed by the price, renewal, cancellation and refund information shown before purchase. Availability on the website does not make those features available inside this app version. A future paid mobile release must disclose its applicable billing terms before purchase.

Acceptable use and reporting

Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, abuse, harassment, fraud, exploitation of children, privacy violations or attempts to bypass authentication or usage limits. Do not submit information or material that you have no right to provide. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to extract other users' data.

You can report an AI reply using the report action on the completed reply, or contact support. Reports may be reviewed to investigate harmful output or misuse. We may restrict abusive use or suspend access when necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or protection of the service.

Content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the features you use, maintain conversation context, respond to reports and comply with applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your birth details or private conversations to us.

The application, branding and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. AI output may not be unique and its legal protection can vary. Your use of output must respect applicable law and other people's rights.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations or the accuracy of AI replies. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the information provided. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or other law.

Ending use and deleting an account

You can stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling it does not delete your shared account or cancel a website subscription. For account deletion, use Me → Account → Delete account or email contact@giani.org.in with the subject “Delete my GyaaniJyotish account” and your sign-in phone number. We verify ownership before acting. See the Privacy Policy's account-deletion section for the associated data and retention details. Deletion cannot be undone.

Changes and applicable law

We will publish revised terms with an effective date when the service or these terms change, and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy protections continue to apply. Contact contact@giani.org.in to raise a concern or seek a resolution.
